Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records concerning the alleged transport of munitions between the US and Israel through Irish sovereign airspace, Irish-controlled airspace, and/or over Ireland. Period: 1 June 2025-present: • All correspondence with departmental officials or ministers from Dept Transport and/or the Tanaiste or Taoiseach’s office about the Dept Transport 's examination of allegations made in the media concerning the carriage of munitions of war on civil aircraft through sovereign Irish airspace without the appropriate exemptions; • Any briefing papers or memos for senior management or ministers about the report and/or the report's findings [including findings in any draft version]
