Please provide all documents, including any letters, emails, telephone attendance notes, minutes of meetings, memoranda and reports, regarding (correspondence attached) (including the decision to collapse the competition) and Request for Consent which are in the Department's possession, including, but not limited to: (i) the report prepared by EirGrid entitled “Security of Supply Winter 2021/22” which was enclosed in the letter from CRU to the Minister dated 16 June 2021 as Appendix 1 and any update to that report. (ii) any supporting analysis received by the Minister regarding the application of the State aid rules to the delivery of emergency additional generation for the purposes of the provision of system services. The suggested period to which this request relates is from 1 January 2020 to the date of this request for information.
