Under Freedom of Information legislation, I would like to request all records, information and details held in the department in relation to the Dual Abode Allowance These to include, but not be limited to, records relating to the following: • Costs to the Exchequer of the Dual Abode Allowance claimed by ministers for the years 2011 to 2018 inclusive • A breakdown in tabular form of the total claimed by individual ministers for each year from 2011 to 2018 inclusive • A breakdown of the claims by ministers by category if claimed via vouched expenses, such as, but not limited to, water charges, laundry, mortgage interest and others, for each year from 2011 to 2018 inclusive • Copies of any receipts in relation to laundry expenses claims submitted for payment • Copies of any receipts in relation to water charges claims submitted for payment • A breakdown of which ministers claimed the allowance via vouched expenses, or via an unvouched tax allowance, for each year from 2011 to 2018 inclusive • Copies of any communications or memos etc. from or to the Minister for Finance regarding the Dual Abode Allowance from May 1st 2016 to Jan 23rd 2019
