​I wish to see all correspondence between the ISIF and Quadrant Real Estate advisors. I would also like access to any investment proposals Quadrant may have submitted to the ISIF. I would also like access to any correspondence between ISIF staff discussing the allocation of funding to Quadrant Real Estate Advisors. I would also like to know when the fund first engaged with Quadrant about the possibility of investment. Finally I would like access to any correspondence between ISIF staff surrounding Quadrant's role as Financier in the deal which resulted in the liquidation of Clery's, including correspondence related my own queries to Ray Gordon in June of this year.
