Louth County Council

LCC issued an enforcement notice (15U079) in 2015 with regard to removing an illegal slurry tank. That slurry tank has now been re-instated. It is situated only 9 mts from our house and only 25 mts from our well water supply. We are therefore very concerned about the situation nad have notified LCC who are currently action on the issue. We req a copy of correspondence ass with Enforcement Notice 15 U079 that give instruction regarding how its recipient was req to remove the tank.
