1. All records of and concerning any proposal or decision for use of the term “Government of Ireland” and/or “Government of Ireland Initiative” in conjunction with, or as branding for, initiatives and advertisements of State departments and agencies and with the announcement and advertising of such initiatives. 2. All records evidencing use of the term “Government of Ireland” or “Government of Ireland Initiative” in conjunction with initiatives and proposed initiatives of any government department or agency and the announcement and advertising of such initiatives. 3. All records of instructions issued to each government department and agency in relation to the use of “Government of Ireland” and “Government of Ireland Initiative” in future advertising and promotions. 4. All records concerning any contracts of consultancy or for services entered into by or, on behalf of, or for the purposes of the Strategic Communications Unit with any person or body corporate ( including but not limited to any contracts of consultancy and/or public relations advice in respect of the matters at 1, 2, and 3 above) entered into in the last 12 months. 5. All records concerning any payments agreed to be paid or paid for any services in connection with 1 to 4 above. This request is only concerned with documents and records created after 1st May 2016.
