Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the release of records concerning the failure of flood defences along the Shannon Estuary in Co Limerick, specifically any inspection report or notes regarding a routine inspection was at the Shannon estuary, including near Coonagh, in August, any correspondence within the OPW regarding the installation of temporary defence works at the site, any correspondence with local property owners, groups or Na Piarsigh GAA club regarding flooding, and minutes of any meetings or meeting logs regarding flooding in the area since 28 August.
