All records created prior to 13 April 2019 held by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (the “Department”) relating to the purported determinations of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine (the “Minister”) made on 12 April 2019 that: 1. there had been a breach of condition 2(e) of aquaculture licence XXXXXXX (the "Licence") in 2016; and 2. the statutory entitlement of XXXXXXXXXXX (a wholly owned Company of XXXXXXXXX (XXXX XXXX)) to continue acquaculture operations under the provisions of section 19A(4) of the 1997 Fisheries (Amendment) Act is discontinued because of the alleged breach of condition 2(e) of the Licence. For the avoidance of doubt, the information captured by this request includes (but is not limited to) the following: i. All submissions made to either the Minister or the Department related to these purported determinations; ii. All internal correspondence within the Department concerning these purported determinations; iii. All documents recording the Minister’s decision-making process for the purported determinations; iv. All draft versions of the letter dated 12 April 2019 issued to XXXX XXXX concerning these purported determinations; and v. All interactions between the Department and any other statutory bodies regarding these purported determinations
