I am submitting this Freedom of Information request to obtain any and all records, documentation, and materials held by your department or affiliated agencies related to the following: 1. Unidentified Craft/Objects/Phenomena: Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO), or any other terminology used to describe unknown or unexplained aerial objects or phenomena (e.g., "unknown craft," "anomalous objects," or similar descriptors) but all of which below is simply referred to as UAP/UFO. 2. Specific Documentation and Records: Reports, memos, briefings, or logs of any sightings, incidents, or investigations as well as internal discussion about the existence of any such objects.
