I am submitting this Freedom of Information request to obtain any and all records, documentation, and materials held by your department or affiliated agencies related to the following: 1. Unidentified Craft/Objects/Phenomena: Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO), or any other terminology used to describe unknown or unexplained aerial objects or phenomena (e.g., "unknown craft," "anomalous objects," or similar descriptors) but all of which below is simply referred to as UAP/UFO. 2. Specific Documentation and Records: Reports, memos, briefings, or logs of any sightings, incidents, or investigations as well as internal discussion about the existence of any such objects. Communications or reports from pilots (civilian or military) detailing encounters with unexplained objects or phenomena. Air Traffic Control (ATC) communication records, incident reports, or logs that document or reference unexplained or anomalous activity. Correspondence related to UAP/UFO phenomena between the Department of Defence, Defence Forces, and any other parties, including but not limited to An Garda Síochána, civilian organizations, and the public. Civilian reports made to the Defence Forces, Department of Defence, or any affiliated agency regarding UAP/UFO activity. Media files, including but not limited to photographs, videos, or audio recordings related to UAP/UFO incidents or investigations. 3. Incident Responses and Investigations:
