I am requesting any records pertaining to, or communications with licenced knackeries on the issue of euthanisation of young calves. The documents and information should over the period 1st January 2001 to date. In particular the request should cover any communications, memos or records sent by the Department of Agriculture to knackery owners, or representative organisations specifically on the issue of the culling of calves.
