I Seek a copy of all records held by of for your body in relation to Kilkenny County Council Historic Structures Fund 2019 Grant of 90k Euro for Bridge House, 88/89 John St, Kilkenny; to include but not limited to, the application process, method statement, the decision making process behind granting this grant and the amount granted- why not the minimum, why not the maximum of 200k- why 90k?, and all correspondence both internal and external re same.The Marking system applied to this application for Stream 2, under selection criteria and any relevant correspondence, internal or external re same.Any shortlists provided by Kilkenny county council to your department for Historic Structure Fund grants 2019. A copy of records and accompanying correspondence concerning what would amount to a material breach of the terms of this grant in relation to this application. A copy of any returned FORM C (Appendix IV) or any other recoupment claim submitted by Kilkenny County Council in relation to this application. A copy of any records in relation to the Qualifying works detailed in this application- for instance have DAHG staff corresponded about whether this grant is paying for the scaffolding, the stabilisation works or for restoring historic decorative features of this building.A copy of any records submitted to DAHG in relation to this application which were deemed by the applicant/council to be of exceptional importance for consideration by the Department.A copy of any reports etc submitted under title (or any other title) of Impact Statement and Proposed Mitigation Measures.
