All correspondence between the Northern Ireland Executive or its officials (or political staff on its behalf) and the Office of Government Procurement in relation to what NI Finance Minister Conor Murphy described as the ‘joint order’ with the Irish Government for PPE from China. This should include any discussions about payment between the Office and the NI Government.
