Any and all information governing the health and safety assessment criteria which govern the selection of school bus routes in rural areas. While this information request governs a specific route in Co. Laois on the post primary route, I seek any and all information about: [1.] the selection of routes, [2.] the safety assessment of routes, including the specific site(s) safety assessment of the above route), [3.] the assessment of pick up and drop off points (outside homes and at collection points for multiple children) , and [4.] how these Bus Eireann/Contractor route and stop choices interact with the NRA/TII rules on safe stopping, access/egress, sightlines and visibility, and the safeguarding duty towards minors as regards road safety.
