Or passing....it appears the " No Exit" sign was removed to assist the Court Staff and allow them to drive in and out. They are driving in parking and driving out. Removing a " No Exit" ... Putting a " No Entry" ... This indicates people can't drive in the "No Entry".... That drivers driving from Cathedral road can drive in park and exit same road. It clearly suggests signs were changed to assist Court Staff??? Under the freedom of information act " who was responsible for the changing of said signs, part parties or agency submitted suggestions? In other words did Gardai, Court staff play a part in getting said signs removed and changed??
