The I.P.S submission toDTTASfor an exemption to providing seat belts to prisoner occupants while being transported in prison escort vehicles;any white paper associated proposedlegislation in relation to such; the result of any and all Health & safety test results carried out byDTTASto date on human live occupants in thereferred toescort van cubicles while the occupants does not wear a seat belt;any and all certificates of exemptions issued to the IPS which exempts all escort van prisoner detention cubicles from the installation of and use of an emergency attention button to alert the cabin crew of a medicalemergency.
