I wish to receive a copy of the unique list of Fixed Charge Offences that Louth County Council is using and has been using for the dispensing of Fixed Charge Offences since the introduction of Automated Fixed Charge Offence Dispensing Handheld Machines as operated by traffic wardens. (The fixed charge offence list currently being used does not correspond with the list provided under legislation, the Drogheda Pay Parking Bye-Laws or any historical list used in the Republic of Ireland)
