IwishtoreceiveacopyoftheuniquelistofFixedChargeOffencesthatLouthCountyCouncilisusing andhasbeenusingforthedispensingofFixedChargeOffencessincetheintroductionofAutomated Fixed Charge Offence Dispensing Handheld Machines as operated by traffic wardens. (The fixed chargeoffencelistcurrentlybeinguseddoesnotcorrespondwiththelistprovidedunderlegislation, the Drogheda Pay Parking Bye-Laws or any historical list used in the Republic of Ireland) The number of trees felled at the behest of the council for 2018 and 2019 so far. Copies of all complaints made to the council in regards to election posters in the weeks leading up to the local and European elections on May 24th.
