I would like to make the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014: All records including reports, memos, submissions and emails held by the OPW concerning the issue of car traffic and the closure/opening of gates between May 1st 2020 and July 13th 2020 including response to the petition organised by Councillor Michael Pidgeon calling on a ban on car through traffic, the announcement by the OPW not to reopen gates to car traffic on June 26th and the Minister of State Frank O'Donovan's announcement on July 9th that all but one peripheral gates would reopen to cars.
