Focus of records – Instead of full applications to the Emigrant Support Programme, I am seeking: o Summary details of funding decisions, including awarded amounts and recipient organisations beyond what is already publicly available, and o Internal correspondence or memoranda outlining assessment criteria or decision-making processes. 3. Ministerial focus – Restrict the request to records involving the Minister of State for the Diaspora and International Development and senior departmental officials directly overseeing diaspora funding. 4. Audit reports – I am prepared to withdraw the request for full audit reports if summary findings or relevant extracts can be provided. 5. Back 4 Good records – Maintain a separate request for all records held by the Department relating to Back 4 Good from 2015 to 2025 including correspondence, internal memoranda, funding considerations, and meeting minutes.
