Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the release of all records relating to the correspondence between the Irish Concrete Federation, Kevin Barrett, Special Advisor and Minister Michael McGrath, as listed here. This should include, but is not limited to, any letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, memos, notes, reports, draft reports and any other relevant records that relate to the above return.
