I would like to apply under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for the following records held by the Department of Public Expenditure: 1. Copy of correspondence between the Department of Public Expenditure since 01 June 2024 regarding spending trends in the education sector and the requirement for a supplementary estimate in 2024 and the reduction of class sizes 2. Copy of correspondence between the Department of Public Expenditure and the Department of Educaon since 01 March 2024 regarding the report on the expansion of the school transport system Clarification 03/03: I am seeking to access correspondence between the Department of Education and the Department of Public Expenditure at senior level (principal officer and above) regarding overruns in education spending in the estimates process - from July 1 , 2024 to October 4 , 2024 as well in relation to any supplementary estimate provided to the Department of Education from 01 October 2024.
