All reports and all correspondence to other agencies – e.g. gardai, revenue, and so on – including investigation reports by the Marine Survey Office into the boating accident involving the passenger boat the Mary Ann of Dunloe on the Killarney lakes on Sept 1st, 2016, in which 12 passengers, including the skipper, ended up in the water. The accident is also being investigated by the Marine Casualty Investigations Board, MCIB, and I would like to request any reports available there also. The reference there is MCIB/263.
