I am applying under the Freedom of information act 2014 for the following: A copy of any documents or correspondence between the OPW and Killross or Springfield - the new owners of land at Castletown House - regarding the refusal by the new owners to allow OPW staff to access Castletown House by vehicle through the M4 entrance.
