Access to all non-personal records relating to the authorisation during 2022 by the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources of increases to pensions of transferred civil servants in payment under the An Post Main Superannuation Scheme, 1990 including, but not limited to, records relating to the “not less favourable” guarantee in section 46(4) of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983.
