I would like to request copies of records showing details of the costs of travel and associated expenses for all Senior and Junior Ministers and their delegations for the St Patrick’s Day trips to celebrate the day in 2023. To include, but not be limited to, the following: • Records showing the names, positions, titles of those who travelled and their official functions as part of the Department’s delegations this year • Records showing the costs of all travel for every member on each trip • Records showing what class of travel was booked for all travellers individually • Records showing the accommodation details and total costs for each person • Also, any other records showing any other costs organised or incurred by the department, e.g., gifts, presentations, receptions, guest hospitality, photography, flowers etc.
