We have been asked to undertake a fire safety assessment. We understand that there are two granted Fire Safety Certificates grant relating to the property: - · One from 2000 (Ref. No.: FS 59/00) · One from 2008 (Ref. No. unknown) – Relating to Material Alterations to Ground Floor from the previously approved certificate above. We need photocopies of these full application packages (including drawings) in order to carry out our fire safety assessment. Therefore we request photocopies of the above 2 x Full Fire Safety Certificate applications (including drawings) under the freedom of information act.
