The report commissioned from Comreg by Minister Bruton on eNet's management of the MANs Referral was made on Wednesday 13th February 2019 (Minister Bruton Refers Review of Pricing and Access Arrangements for MANs to Comreg). I believe the report was commissioned by Comreg in May, and subsequently passed to the Dept.
