Copies of any correspondence between the Minister and any of the councils around the country regarding the use of buildings in their locality to accommodate refugees or Ukrainian beneficiaries of TPD. 2. Copies of any correspondence between the Minister and any of the councils around the country regarding guidance on how to approach/communicate with locals about refugees or Ukrainian beneficiaries of TPD moving into the area. 3. Copies of any complaints issued to the Minister regarding the use of local buildings to accommodate refugees or Ukrainians dated from 01/10/2023 to 03/01/2024.
