Can you confirm that XXXX XXXXX of XXXX, XXXXX, XXXXXX, XXXX (maybe in the name of XXXX XXXXX or XXXX XXXXX) were included in the above list Registration of Premises (Holdings) at anytime prior to his Court appearance last week and closure notice? If so may I please ask for the dates of the Registration and the inclusive dates when the Registration was applicable?
