All information held by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth pertaining to the use of a property as an International Protection Accommodation Service centre. 1. Correspondence, including emails, letters, and memoranda, related to the establishment and operation of a property as an International Protection Accommodation Service centre, including, but not limited to all correspondence with the owners, managers and/or occupiers of the property. 2. The decision-making process leading to the selection of the property as an International Protection Accommodation Service centre. 3. Any agreements, contracts, or memoranda of understanding between the department and the owners, managers and/or occupiers of the property regarding its use as an International Protection Accommodation Service centre. 4. Records of inspections, assessments, or evaluations conducted to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for accommodation and services provided to individuals seeking international protection. 5. All documents pertaining to the insurance cover in place at the property, to include any assurances provided by the owners, managers and/or occupiers with regard to same. 6. All documents pertaining to the Fire Certificate and fire safety generally in place at the property, to include any assurances provided by the owners, managers and/or occupiers with regard to same. 7. Information on the capacity, facilities, and services provided at the property in the context of its role as an International Protection Accommodation Service centre. 8. All information regarding the Garda vetting that the owners, managers and/or occupiers of the property, to include the staff and building contractors on-site at the premises.
