Information relates to the award of a tender/contract payments to, but not limited to, any of the following parties,(a) A company (b) An individual ( c) An individual ( d) A limited company (e) A hotel company. This is in connection to the hotel being used as a Ukrainian Accommodation Centre in or around March. The nature of the request is for all records/information detailing, evincing, or otherwise recording:i. the tender and advertisement thereof; ii. relevant consideration(s) in the award of the contracts/tenders; iii. the decision(s) given to the award to contracts/tenders. iv. all documentation/correspondence submitted to IPAS by the parties and by IPAS to the parties v. all contracts/proposals and offers issued to the parties vi. departmental correspondence pre/post procurement of the hotel to any relevant party; vii. a full breakdown of public funds paid/pledged to parties in providing provision centre services at the location; and, viii. documents specifically relating to the decision making process, operational arrangements and consultations regarding the the procurement and use of the hotel for BOTP accommodation
