Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: 1. All communication between the Minister and Officials within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform including mobile phone in relation to 2024 decision in the Appeal – State aid – Advance tax decisions (tax rulings) – Selective tax advantages. 2. All communication between the Minister or officials of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and the Taoiseach, Tánaiste and other Ministers including mobile phone in relation to 2024 decision in the Appeal – State aid – Advance tax decisions (tax rulings) – Selective tax advantages. 3. All correspondence between the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and Revenue in relation to 2024 decision in the Appeal – State aid – Advance tax decisions (tax rulings) – Selective tax advantages. 4. All correspondence between the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and third parties (other than Revenue) in relation to the 2024 decision in the Appeal – State aid – Advance tax decisions (tax rulings) – Selective tax advantages. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original formatting To clarify the below. We are looking for all communication on the outcome and/or references to the potential outcome from the 1st of August.
