I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain statistical data regarding the Mobility Scheme for the Higher Executive Officer (HEO) grade. I would like to request the following information: 1. A stascal breakdown of applicaons for the Mobility Scheme for the HEO/EO/CO grade from January 2024 to May 2025, categorised by each Government Department (excluding advertisement-based mobility). 2. A list of HEO/EO/CO vacancies available and filled within this meframe by the NSSO, categorised by each department. 3. Details on the sequencing process used for placements, including how and when excepons were granted and by whom. 4. Any internal policies or communicaons that outline the decision-making process for out-of-sequence mobility placements.
