A copy of any concern received by the CRA between 01/01/2009 - 31/12/2014 in relation to any charity who have been complained against for fundraising for the building of or adaptation of care homes for people with intellectual disabilities. This will consist of charities who raised money to build/adapt a home but are constrained financially from operating it and thus are not registered with HIQA as an approved care home.
