I refer to the Prospecting Licence covering Moylisha, Co. Wicklow (PLR 4032). I wish to obtain all reports submitted regarding work carried out on the site from August 2013 to the present date. Clarification Received 10/12/2021 1) Detailed company work reports on PLA 4032 submitted by the licensee since August 2013, excluding any associated raw data files (e.g. Excel spreadsheets). Block work reports that relate to the entire ground holding held by the licensee will also be excluded from the scope of the FOI request. 2) The environmental screening report relating to the most recent phase of drilling at Moylisha that was submitted on behalf of the licensee. 3) The independent consultant’s report (2018) on the assessment of drilling at Moylisha 4) Objections submitted to the Department in respect of PLA 4032 since August 2013.
