correspondence between the department, local authorities and private clamping operators, in relation to the vehicle clamping services in the years 2016 / 2017 and 2018. I am also seeking records of correspondence with the National Transport Authority on the subject of a maximum clamping fee and details of any conversations between the department and the industry on the matter. I am also interested in copies of submissions from local authorities, Irish rail and private landowners on the issue. Form of access: I would like to receive photocopies of the records.
