All records and information in whatsoever form held, (including, but not limited to, records, notes, memos, emails, minutes of meetings, correspondence and other communications including telecommunication Text and WhatsApp messages of whatsoever kind), by and within the Department of Justice, with the Minister for Justice and with any and all Government Ministers, Civil Servants, Public Servants (including those working in Mayo County Council) and all other parties and persons in relation to the exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by Section 7 of the Coroners Acts 1962 - 2024 whereby she directed Eleanor Fitzgerald, Coroner for the District of North Mayo, to also hold office as Coroner for the District of Mayo from the 13 December 2024 being the decision of the Minister for Justice amalgamating the Coronial District of Mayo North with the Coronial District of Mayo and thereby referring to it as the Coronial District of County Mayo. All such records and information requested, referred to above, to be for the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024.
