In March 2018, the European Council issued a summary document of questionnaire responses that it had received from Member States in relation to defensive measures, with regard to non- cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes (see link). In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014, the firm hereby requests details of Ireland’s response to this request.
