Contracts & Procurement Details • Copies of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and all contracts between Re-turn CLG and Repak Ltd., including payment schedules, invoices, and service descriptions. • Records on the tendering process for major contracts related to IT systems, marketing, and logistics, specifying whether these contracts were competitively tendered or directly awarded. 3. Ministerial Correspondence • Copies of all communications (emails, letters, meeting notes) between: • Minister Ossian Smyth, Minister Eamon Ryan, and Tony Keohane (Chair of Re-turn CLG). • Correspondence related to the approval, oversight, or concerns about Re-turn CLG’s contracts and financial management.
