The total number of improvement notices issued 3. The total number of prohibition notices served 4. The number of legal actions initiated 5. The total number of follow up inspections after improvement letters/notices, or prohibition notices or legal action served. 6. Any reports/briefing materials received by the Minister in 2025 regarding private rental inspections.
