I'm issuing a freedom of information request regarding the updated legal advice that government has received from the Attorney General in relation to the Occupied Territories Bill. Government has stated that this bill is not compatible with EU Law but they have not issued the legal advice on this. As Ireland continues trading with businesses and individuals operating within illegal Israeli settlements it is imperative that the public are made aware of this legal advice.
