Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment

In regards to the activity and decision making of the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications. 1. What Geonengineering activity is taking place or has taken place over the island of Ireland and its skies/aerospace. -This may include but is not limited to any of the following: SRM, Precipitation management, Carbon Dioxide Removal, Aerosol spraying in and over Irish airspace. 2. What grants/funding have been received to allow Irish air, land, space and resources to be used for these practices? 3. How much does the Irish taxpayer contribute to this? 4. Who are the main contributors to the funding? 5. What is the name of the man/woman who has the final authority on these decisions in the Irish Government.
