I understand that the housing minister instructed local authorities to issue a circular to local authorities, instructing them to reach out to parish based charitable trusts to discuss opportunities to try to develop more housing and ease the housing crisis. I would like to access, under Freedom of Information law, all of the correspondence and records held by your local authority relating to this circular, and any and all responses and discussions with local parishes/religious organisations.
