Any details of any payments, contracts, or other business arrangements by, or on behalf of, the Local Authority, with the following telecoms companies whether related to use of the Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) or otherwise, for the past five years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) in relation to the following companies: eNet enasc éireann teoranta Enet Telecommunications Eirspeed Where there are related meetings on such payments, fees, monies, contacts or other business arrangements, please can you provide the following records if they exist: agendas, attendees, minutes, briefing notes, details on alternative bidders, correspondence setting up and following up on the meeting, and any post tender audits or related documentation on performance of the tenders This should include, but not be limited to where Local Authority pays fees on behalf of a local authority library to access a MAN telecoms service, or where the Local authority pays to connect own buildings to the MAN, or related telecoms service This should include agents, intermediaries or other persons acting on behalf of eNet, its subsidiaries or parent company
