I would like to apply under the freedom of information act for a physical copy of all information on file/record on Galway County Council Offices, Prospect Hill, Galway in relation to the “application for Road abandonment ref no: L-7-119-0. Copy of: • Application for road abandonment (section situated in our farmyard only) submitted in both June and September 2015. • Supporting letter/s from our family submitted in 2016 • Letters of objection submitted to Galway County Council in 2015/2016 in relation to the application • Copy of photographs taken by the Litter Warden (from Athenry, CC office) of rubbish dumped at the above address in September/October 2013 • Any other correspondence to/from County Council/minutes/notes in relation to the application.
