I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I would like information regarding meat establishments which your county supervises. Can you please provide the following: a) As at 31/12/2016, the total number of i) poultry plants and ii) slaughterhouses. b) The 2016 annual number of animals slaughtered in i) poultry plants and ii) slaughterhouses. c) The 2016 annual number of animals that the smallest i) poultry plant and ii) slaughterhouse slaughtered. d) The 2016 annual number of animals that the biggest i) poultry plant and ii) slaughterhouse slaughtered e) The 2016 total number of animal welfare inspections of i) poultry plants and ii) slaughterhouses
