I am seeking the record - "Data Sharing Agreement related to Digital Covid Pass”. As per Section 9(1), Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 (commenced by SIs 189/2019 and 334/2021): “data-sharing” means the disclosure of information, including personal data, by a public body to another public body. As per Section 13 and 16, Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019, a data sharing agreement is required where personal data is disclosed from one public body to another public body.
