1. Copies of all internal correspondence, within the department, related to the attendance/invitation to attend, of any Minister, or Minister of State in the department, at any meetings of the Council of the EU, between 20th January and 18th June 2025. 2. Copies of the diary of the Minister and any Ministers of State in the department, for the calendar week of any Council of the EU meetings the department was invited to, between 20th January and 18th June 2025. (This request is being sent to every department, while the timeframe is wide, I suspect most departments would only have one, maybe two, meetings where their Minister was invited to attend a Council of the EU meeting in this period. This request would be for correspondence, including but not limited to that related to planning and scheduling, in cases where the Minister, or Minister of State, attended, or could not attend)
