Technological University Dublin Request relates to obtaining records relating to the offers admissions data from 2013 – 2018 related to students who have disclosed offences as part of applying and studying for undergraduate and postgraduate courses including: the number of prospective learners who have disclosed a conviction - to include undergraduate and postgraduate applications; of those students who disclosed a conviction, how many had spent time in prison or were placed on Probation; what percentage of these prospective learners were from a BAME or working class background; the number of students with disclosed convictions who were accepted and what courses were they enrolled on; how many students with disclosed convictions, who were made an unconditional or conditional offer, accepted their place; what percentage of students with disclosed convictions, graduated year on year; the provisions put in place (either financial or pastoral) to assist students who have convictions; if students with convictions included as part of your widening participation strategy.
