(a)Internal staff costs, including, but not limited to:
1. Project management 2. Housing design 3. Cost planning and management 4. Finance planning and management 5. Community Liaison 6. Roads design, compliance & planning 7. Services design, compliance & planning 8. Environmental design, compliance & planning 9. Parks design, compliance & planning 10. Health & Safety, compliance & planning 11. PSCS 12. Administration
(b) External consultant costs, including, but not limited to:
1. Project Manager 2. Clerk of Works 3. Architect 4. BCAR/Assigned Certifier 5. PSCS 6 Civil Engineer 7. Structural Engineer 8. M&E Engineer 9 Quantity Surveyor 10 Planning Consultant 11. Landscape Architect 12. Interior Designer 13. Valuer 14. Soil Investigation 15. Asbestos Surveyor 16. Arborist 17. Ecologist 18. Archaeologist 19. Acoustics 20. Fire consultant 21. Topographical Surveyor 22. Health & Safety Consultant.
(2) A copy of the post-planning costs incurred by Galway City Council in relation to the 81 units at Cairéal Mór, Castlegar Road, Galway, (Planning Reference 08/532 & 14/9), in particular:
(A) Internal staff costs, including, but not limited to the internal staff costs outlined under heading (1) (A) above; (B) External consultant costs, including, but not limited to the internal staff costs outlined under heading (1) (B) above; (C) Contractors costs, including, but not limited to:
(1) Main contractor;
(2) Specialist subcontractors not employed under Main Contractor
(3) Artists and Tradesmen not employed under Main Contractor.
(3) A copy of the project summary of costs incurred by Galway City Council in relation to the 81 units at Cairéal Mór, Castlegar Road, Galway, (Planning Reference 08/532 & 14/9), in particular:
(A) Total contract sum awarded to Main Contractor
(B) Total amount paid to Main Contractor
(C) Forecast vs actual project timeline.
