·         Copies of all internal memos/reports or internal correspondence regarding the 2012 decision to dispense with the scheme for offsetting carbon emissions for all flights taken by public servants. To include all relevant material leading up to the decision and following the decision.   ·         Any external correspondence during 2011 and 2012 regarding the decision to drop the carbon offsetting scheme for emissions on flights taken by public servants, including any correspondence with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership.
